Invoflux provides AI-powered invoice ingestion, processing, and financial automation tools for businesses.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• The Service is intended for business users.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Description of the Service

Invoflux enables users to:

• Collect invoices from email, cloud storage, WhatsApp, and manual uploads
• Extract and organize invoice data using automated systems
• View, manage, and export financial information

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis and may evolve over time.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Upload only documents you are legally entitled to process
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and data-protection laws
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes

You must not:

• Upload malicious or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service

5. AI-Generated Data & Disclaimer

• Invoflux uses automated and AI-based systems to extract and interpret invoice data.
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for verifying all extracted data before relying on it for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Data Ownership & License

• You retain full ownership of your documents and business data.
• You grant Invoflux a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Invoflux harmless from claims arising from:

• Violation of laws or third-party rights

• Invoflux and its software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
