Our story
The invoice that turned up in April. For February.
Our founder, Sergiu Biris, is the kind of client accountants call every month. Three invoices missing. Two receipts missing. Could he please send them today, because the filing deadline is tomorrow.
It was never disrespect for accounting. It was arithmetic. Invoices arrive from everywhere: some by email, some through eFactura, some over WhatsApp, some from Stripe, some sitting in a supplier portal waiting to be downloaded by hand. And some never arrive at all. You find out they exist when the charge shows up on your bank statement.
The AWS invoice usually turned up in April. For February. On the third time of asking.
So he stopped trying to become the organised type and built a tool instead. Something that would search his inbox for invoices on its own, match them against his bank transactions, and show him plainly what was missing. Not so he would finally get organised. So he would not have to be.
His accountant started using it, and her documents began arriving on autopilot. He showed it to a few entrepreneur friends, and every one of them asked the same question: can I use this too?
When enough people ask you the same thing, it stops being a personal tool. Invoflux is live in Romania, Poland, Hungary, France, Italy, Spain and in English, and it is still what we use to run our own companies.

We use it before you do
Every feature runs on our own companies first. If it does not survive our month-end close, it does not reach yours.
Your accountant is a user too
Most tools stop at the business owner. A missing document is a problem between two people, so we build for both sides of that relationship.
European by default
Your data sits on servers in Germany. GDPR, eFactura, KSeF and local invoicing rules were in the first version, not a later release.
Nobody reads your data
We passed Google's CASA Tier 2 audit. Your invoices are not training any model, and no one on our team reads them.
