How does Invoflux connect to my email?

Invoflux uses OAuth to securely connect to Gmail, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. We only request read-only access to emails and attachments, never send or delete permissions. Your credentials are never stored.

Yes, all data is hosted in Frankfurt (EU) on secure infrastructure. We comply with GDPR and are working towards SOC 2 compliance. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

What file formats do you support?

We support PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, DOCX, and ZIP for invoice documents. Our AI extraction works best with clear, text-based PDFs, but it also reads scanned images and photos from your phone.

Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy on well-formatted invoices. You can review and correct any extracted data before finalizing. The system learns from corrections to improve over time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, all paid plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans receive a prorated refund for unused months.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers.

What do I get during the free trial?

14 days with no credit card. The trial covers 50 invoices in total, 300 bank transactions, 10 AI questions, one company, one connected bank, and one user plus free accountant access. Every feature is switched on, including bank reconciliation, AI extraction, supplier portals, and exports. Only the volumes are smaller than on a paid plan.

When does the 14-day trial start?

When Invoflux captures your first invoice, not when you sign up. Connecting your inbox and setting up your company does not use up trial days, so you get a full 14 days of the product actually working. If nothing has been captured within 30 days of signing up, the trial closes and you can restart it by contacting us.

What happens when my trial ends?

Choose a plan and everything carries on. If you do not, your account pauses: syncing stops and no new invoices are collected, but everything already in Invoflux stays there and stays visible. Since no card is required to start, we cannot charge you unless you add one. Upgrade before day 14 and the unused trial days come back to you as account credit.
